How to create a wireless profile in windows XP using Wireless Zero Configuration utility
- Click on Start, Control Panel, Network Connections.
- Right click on the Wireless Network Connection on your computer and select Properties (Figure 1).

- In the Wireless Network Connection Properties box, click on Wireless Networks tab. Make sure that "Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings" is selected (Figure 2). Click on Add...

- In the Wireless Network Properties box, do the following (Figure3):
- In the Network name (SSID): box, type: GoToros
- In the Wireless network key section, for Network Authentication, select Open from the drop down menu, and for Data Encryption, select Disabled from the drop down menu.
- Click on OK and close all the dialogue boxe's.

- Your computer will connect to the wireless network GoToros automatically if you are close to any wireless hotspots on campus.
